image
This January IULM university offered a masterclass on tourism in the Bel Paese. The webinar "Creative tourism and Made in Italy: new opportunities for destinations and the travel industry" belongs to a series of events that the Italian university organised in the Hospitality and Tourism Management industry.
Nowadays, the tourism sector generates 319 million jobs and is characterised by constant growth. Despite this aspect, it is difficult for companies, especially in Italy, to find new skilled professionals which are key for their development. IULM, thanks to a close collaboration with leading tourism companies and institutions, has been constantly updating its educational offer to fill this gap and meet the market needs.

Do not miss the opportunity to discover more about what Italy can offer and the chances given by IULM Master’s Degrees in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Bottega 1900

Bottega 1900 is specialized in single varieties of Sicilian Ancient grains and Extra Virgin Olive Oils. They have seen a lot of similarities between olives and grapes so decided to make an extra virgin olive oil list along the lines of a wine list, listing oils from Veneto to Sicily. They enhance the EVOO monocultivar (made from a single variety), maximum expression of their territory. As for the ancient grains, they decided to bring into Australia the unique flavors and fragrances of Timilia, Margherito and Perciasacchi. These varieties were close to extinction, but some brave farmers have decided to revive the tradition of grains in Sicily, once called the granary of Rome, so of the known world…
