Government Subsidies available to Upskill & Train your Staff
image
The Government has just released a new initiative called the Boosting Apprenticeship Commencements Wage Subsidy.

The Italian Chamber of Commerce is working with its member Upskilled, an RTO (Registered Training Organisation RTO 40374). Upskilled offers online training in Nationally Recognised Qualifications from Cert II to Advanced Diploma, in Business, IT and Community Services. Upskilled can also get you connected with the AAC regarding your application.
Here’s some of the important facts about this subsidy:
  • The wage subsidy is available from 5th Oct 2020 to 31st March 2022 up to $7,000 per quarter, per eligible Australian apprentice (or trainee).
  • This initiative for wage subsidy is capped at 100,000 places - and we are sure these will go fast. Enquire now to find out if your company is eligible for these savings.
  • The subsidy applies for all new employees and existing workers who commence a traineeship.
  • The subsidy is available to employers of any size, industry or geographic location.
  • There may also be other incentives at a state level that we can speak with you about.

The success of vaccinations and the support of fiscal policies have launched a post-pandemic rebound driven by consumer spending, which will dominate 2021-22. The current surge in inflation is likely to prove transitory, but the extent of the risks varies depending on local conditions. The faster return to pre-crisis levels will lead next year to a cautious tightening of monetary policy in the United States and Europe.

ENEL Green Power

Enel Green Power was founded in December 2008 inside the Enel Group to develop and manage power generated from renewable resources worldwide.
The company is present in 32 countries across 5 continents and has over 1,200 plants. It has around 49 GW of installed renewable capacity generated from a mix of resources, including wind, solar, hydroelectric and geothermal. Enel Green Power is playing a fundamental role in the energy transition, as it is one of the world’s leading renewable energy companies. Its goal is to accompany the planet into a new era in which everyone has access to sustainable, decarbonized energy.
Enel Green Power has identified APAC as a key area of expansion for its renewable energy portfolio. In particular, Australia’s transition away from coal power is not dissimilar to Enel Group’s transition away from coal powered products completed in 2020. Enel Green Power has already invested in Australia with three solar plants and 309MW of installed capacity. Australia’s abundance of sun and wind makes it an attractive market for renewables, and Enel is closely surveying the landscape for additional opportunities to deliver reliable, affordable and sustainable renewable energy projects for Australia.
