Italian Cocktails Masterclass |
|
|
|
Shake off the current lockdown blues and join the Italian Chamber of Commerce for an online Italian Cocktail masterclass, part of the True Italian Taste project.
Join us in this online masterclass to taste firsthand and learn more about Italian cocktails and aperitivo culture with Stefano Catino from Maybe Sammy, awarded as one of the 50 highest-ranking bar in the world and the best bar of Australia. Learn how to prepare an Aperol Spritz, a Caffè Shakerato and a Negroni, iconic drinks of the Italian tradition, and spend an afternoon discovering the storytelling of the Italian cocktails.
The masterclass, part of the True Italian Taste Project, belongs to a worldwide series of events promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation that aims to educate, leverage and support certified Italian food and beverages outside of Italy.

12th Australian Space Forum |

The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Australia has the pleasure to announce its participation in the 12th edition of the Australian Space Forum in Adelaide
ICCIAUS is teaming up with the Italian Trade Agency, the Italian Embassy in Canberra and the Italian Space Agency, a synergy aiming at enhancing the excellence of the Italian know how in the space field.
In the 11th edition of the Australian Space forum held in March 2021 ICCIAUS represented 13 leading Italian companies in the space industry.
Hosted by the Andy Thomas Space Foundation with support from the South Australian Government, the Australian Space Agency and the SmartSat Coopertaive Research Centre, the Australian Space Forum is a bi-annual event held in Adelaide bringing together the best and brightest from Australia’s space industry and around the world.
With the goal of tripling the turnover and the workforce of the industry by 2030, Australia wants to reach a worldwide competitive position in the space dimension. As a consequence, significant opportunities and incentives are offered to foreign students, specialists and enterprises who are willing to bring to South Australia their knowledge and capabilities.
The 12th edition will be held on the 15th September 2021.

Are you a second- and third-generation Italian based in Australia engaged in the Italian political scenario? Help Monash University in its research project!
The Monash University is looking for people holding an Italian citizenship, who voted in at least one election as an Italian abroad and has lived most of their adult life in Australia or who hold a key role within Italian institutions in Australia or in Italy. The scope of the research is to understand whether policies implemented to support the acquisition of Italian language skills by second- and third-generation Italians living abroad (including in Australia) are effective in supporting them in the development of language skills necessary to participate in political debate in their country of origin.
